A beautifully re-imagined desert retreat awaits. You have the entire property to yourselves. Your hosts will meet you and check you in, so please keep us updated with your approximate time of arrival. I live out of the area, but our property management group is available should anything come up. The house is in a residential neighborhood close to Downtown Palm Springs and is minutes from the airport. About 10 minutes from the Palm Springs main drag. Plenty of parking available onsite and for those desiring ride share Uber + Lyft are great options in the area. IMPORTANT -Per City Rules only 3 cars are allowed at our home. -Rates do not include 12.5% Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax, which is collected at check-in. -Pool heating available for $125/day and is recommended in the cooler months, but personal preference - fee's collected at check-in. -10 people maximum allowed on the premises at any time with prior permission, house sleeps 6. -All linens included for "real beds" as well as double size sofa beds - linens located inside the couches chaise lounges. -Please note that the gardener typically comes on Tuesday and pool service is on Monday and Thursday. This is a loose schedule. Both are great companies and will not interfere with your relaxation. -Private yard features a gas BBQ, multiple seating areas, gas fireplace, and lots of sunshine. -Furniture must be returned to its original location or a resting fee will be charged. -Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am -Noise ordinances are monitored by the city - all fines billed to guests at double. -Check-in is anytime after 3PM -Check out by 11AM
