Originally designed in the 1970s by two UT architecture students, The Bloomhouse was built as a rebellion against traditional design—an organic structure meant to live in harmony with its surroundings. Thoughtfully restored, it now offers modern comfort while preserving its original vision. Please note: Due to the unique architecture, curves, and open design, The Bloomhouse is not suitable for children under 5. Guest access You have rented the entire home to yourself. A unique code will be provided a day prior to arrival. Other things to note A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking confirmation. We provide starter essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and trash bags. These items are not replenished during your stay. Due to the unique architecture, The Bloomhouse is not suitable for children under 5. Daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleanings may be arranged in advance for an additional fee. House Rules • Primary guest must be 25+ to book • No smoking of any kind inside the home • No parties, events, or illegal activities • Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect the neighbors • Only registered guests are permitted on the property Photos & Videos Commercial shoots, promotional content, non-family-friendly content, and sharing the home’s exact location are not permitted without prior approval and licensing.
