Sinclair Beach Cottage~Waterfront! Amazing Views!!

Comfortable cottage with stunning views of Olympic Mountains & Sinclair Inlet. Ferries, bald eagles, sea life. Explore the beach or bring kayaks, canoes, paddle boards or bicycles. The space Enter through vintage french doors to a cheerful dining area, lovely antique buffet and vintage china cabinet. Dining area opens to living room and to the kitchen. The spacious living area includes a full size sofa-bed , two comfy chairs, 40” HD ROKU TV, Blu-ray and wireless internet. Living room opens to the deck and beachfront. The bedroom has a Queen bed and antique dresser and looks out to the water. The refurbished bathroom includes vintage claw foot tub with shower and all amenities including towels, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryer. The kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, cookware, dishes and breakfast nook looking out to the patio and grape arbor. Gas grill on the patio, and beach fire pit April - October. Utility room includes washer, dryer, iron/board and utility sink. Guest access Guests have access to yard, cottage beach and entire house. Guests do not have access to neighbors beaches, garage and garden shed. Host retains right to access grounds for yard maintenance, watering, etc. Host does not enter cottage or park in the driveway during guest stays. Other things to note The view is terrific all day long from sunrise to sunset. You can enjoy the 6’ x 12′ deck with awning, captains chairs, and lighting. The beach is a favorite activity. Shells and sea glass are easy finds. Exploring the flats at low tide brings many interesting creatures and treasures, including crabs, sand dollars, and clams. Shellfish license required to dig for clams or to put out crab pots, in season only. Check WDFW site. Or, just wiggle your toes in the wet sand! Beaches are private property, you must stay on the cottage beach. The waterfront is perfect for kayaking, canoeing or paddle boarding on semi-calm days. You are welcome to bring your own. You may also rent and use kayaks and paddleboards in Gig Harbor (info avail at the cottage). Wet suits or dry suits recommended due to the water temperature. Note: Life vests are required for all water sports. Beach Drive East is part of a Scenic Bike Route of Kitsap County. It is a beautiful, flat, ride next to the water in either direction from the cottage.
