Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal. The space Very cozy coastal cottage/bungalow with all the amenities. New flooring in the kitchen and baths (looks great). Bedrooms have very relaxing beds with bed bug protectors, HD, FLAT SCREEN WiFi & Smart TVs we are streaming, net flix included. log in with your apps make sure to log out when leaving. Living room has sofa and chairs to watch your favorite show. Brand new electric fire place that heats up the room Towers to listen to some music. And lets don't forget game boards. A DVD player small library of family movies. Spacious dining room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. New countertops sink faucet and pulls.Washer and dryer to wash your sandy towels after a visit to the beach. Large deck with table and chairs, gas grill so that you cook a juicy streak YUMMY. This is a bungalow the ceilings are a little over 7 feet just letting you know. we just install a brand new split system heat/air down stairs and up. The ceiling are lower than normal. please be advised Guest access Please enjoy our dock. You can bring your rod and reel, fish, crab, throw a cast net, or just enjoy the gorgeous view's. Kayak's, paddle boards are welcome. If you want to bring your boat max 24 feet.
