All hurricane-related repairs at the complex are complete, except for: Some siding work (in progress) Everything is fully usable and open. ✔ Beach Access: The boardwalk and sun deck were destroyed, but beach access is open via a sand path. ✔ Beach Status: Both the public beach and the beach in front of Sunburst Condos are open. Sand in front of the complex has been sifted and cleaned. ✔ Island Conditions: Manasota Key is still rebuilding, so you may see some construction around the island in 2026.
