This is a restored, rustic log cabin retreat directly on the bluff overlooking waterfalls and the Fiery Gizzard, which is a part of South Cumberland State Park, nestled on 8 private acres. The cabin perfectly blends vintage décor with modern amenities. Come enjoy peaceful mountain sunsets, countless local attractions/activities, and fine southern hospitality! The space Our cozy cabin has original cherry hardwood floors from 1958, a blend of modern kitchen and vintage barn wood, stacked stone, and slate floor. We have gorgeous antique décor from England and Cathedral ceilings. We have a master bedroom with a queen bed and loft with full bed. 1 bathroom with ceramic tile shower, rain head, pebble floor and copper sink from Mexico. We have a mountain stone wood burning fire place and outdoor deck with fire pit and wood, which is provided. Additionally, we have a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) and grilling accessories! Heating/air conditioning. Linens, towels and bathroom accessories provided. We also have a loaded coffee bar, cooking utensils and dishes. The cabin has a mini refrigerator, microwave, NuWave induction cooktop and toaster oven. We have Internet WiFi that provides over 200 channels. It's a smart TV where you can put your personal password in to watch what you like. We do have a DVD player and over 100 movies for you to enjoy! We also provide board games and playing cards. No children under the age of 12 may stay at the cabin. However, exceptions are sometimes made by the owner, so please contact us if you have any questions about this policy. No pets allowed. Guest access At the entrance of our driveway, you will see a small, blue reflective marker with 5501 on it. After turning in the gravel drive, slow down and take the first left on pavement between two wooden barrel planters and a Hemlock Falls sign to the cabin. You will also see a large gray metal building on your left. Please call when you are 30 minutes out from arrival and you will be met with a personal check in and keys to the property.
