Guest access Groups of less than 8 paying guests will not be provided access to a second floor bonus room which has 4 twin beds. Additional guest fees apply to groups of more than six (6) guests. Other things to note Guests will be required to recognize a standard rental agreement prior to final booking approval. This is a non-smoking pet free property. (registered service animals are an exception). A guest list with first and last names of all guests staying at property may occasionally be required prior to arrival.
