Or take a hike at the nearby trailhead following the stream where you will see breathtaking views of our Mogollon Rim. Trails nearby: Waterwheel (5 mi), Washington Park Trailhead (1 mi), and Arizona Trail (1 mi). Home has all the amenities and a stocked kitchen with everything a professional chef would need. Spices included. Note: We do not allow pets of any kind. Many nearby properties allow pets. The space Comfortable King and Queen beds (one each). Twin bunk and trundle for the kids. This is a very charming Country French three level home. This home is unique as it is tucked away up in the pines just under the Mogollon Rim. You may feel as you are headed in the wrong direction while driving deep into the forest before approaching this hidden gem. It is 20 degrees cooler than Phoenix. So close, but the feel of being so far away. NOTE: This is a WATERFRONT property. Families with children, must watch all kids under twelve 100% of the time. River has no barriers. Your cabin is in the woods away from the city. With-in the neighborhood: Power outages can happen (rare). Water outages can happen (rare). This is out of our control. Please be patient as we are far and repair can take some time. Usually 1-4 hours, sometimes longer. NOTE: We are not baby proofed. Only your 100% supervision will protect your child. Guest access We are only permitted to allow a maximum of SIX persons. This includes children and infants. The entire house is available. Please watch children around water. Other things to note Home has stairs. NO PETS OF ANY KIND. We do not allow pets, no ESA animals. Please choose another listing if you have a pet. Seasonal fire restrictions apply for outdoor fires, May 1 - Oct 1 Home sleeps 4 adults comfortably as there are two main bedrooms. Third bedroom/basement has twin size beds. Trundle bed does pop up to make a king however this room is not ideal for a third couple as basement does not have a door for privacy. Kids and teens fine. Waterfront property so may not be suitable for small children. NOTE: Home contains PEANUTS for feeding of squirrels and birds. If you are allergic to nuts, this is not the place for you. We are only permitted to allow 6 persons maximum per stay. As a result, we are not a wedding or event venue. No day visitors without prior approval.
