An access code to the house will be sent to each guest the evening prior to their stay. The code can be entered on the front door. Please press the lock when leaving the property. Garage is not available for use as it is used for maintenance/storage. Other things to note During the warmer months we kindly might (not required) ask guests to help feed the beautiful Koi fish in the Koi pond in the backyard. All you need to do is sprinkle a cup of fish pellets in the pond once a day. we will give instructions if feeding is necessary. If you do not feel comfortable feeding the fish pellets please let us know and we can have maintenance take care of it
