A fully accessible Wine Country house in the middle of one of Niagara's most scenic vineyards. Lake views from porch and access to the Bruce Trail immediately behind the home. Convenient for exploring wine country, biking and culinary experiences. Niagara Falls and St Catharines and Jordan brief car ride away. The space This is a lovely old farmhouse styled home that has been entirely updated to a very high standard. We are accessible for mobility impaired guests with an elevator between floors (arranged if required), ramp to enter the house and roll in shower. All of these features have been architect designed so are tastefully integrated. Lovely big country kitchen with all necessities on hand. Fantastic view over the vineyards and Lake Ontario to the Toronto skyline to enjoy while you breakfast at the kitchen table. A full dining room, living room and television room complete the downstairs rooms. Old school porches to the north and east and a spacious deck on the south side offer lots of outdoor relaxation space. The lot itself has a lawn and small orchard all surrounded by vineyards. Across our back fence is the World Biosphere Reserve Niagara Escarpment cliff face and the Cave Spring Conservation Area. Four private bedrooms are upstairs for the use of up to 8 guests. There is a den that has a premium queen sized pullout to comfortably accommodate another couple., if needed subject to a small incremental charge. The reward for having the pullout as your room is a private balcony that enhances the library! The Master Bedroom has a private bathroom and the others share a spacious bathroom. There is a large powder room downstairs too. There are hardwood floors throughout and furnishings are of high quality: no big box items! Guest access Guests have a private garden and seating on the deck and porches. They are welcome to walk throughout the estate including around our ponds where fishing is permitted. There is a fully private apartment in the basement where one of the the owners lives, with its own separate entrance and patio area. We are near at hand, but your privacy is guaranteed. Other things to note It is important to note that Cave Spring Vineyards fully surround the Estate House and they are a working environment. Some noise can be expected from normal farming practice. We will communicate specific seasonal issues with you when we begin the booking process. THE PROPERTY CANNOT BE USED FOR WEDDINGS OR EVENTS. Dogs are allowed WITH PRIOR APPROVAL.
