The space Inside Oak Shade's The Queen Suite, you will find a firm, yet comfortable queen-size bed with luxurious bedding inside a private bedroom with a Smart TV with YouTube TV and Roku, and a spacious living room full of natural light with a fabulous library of books for your enjoyment. The library shelves open to reveal a Murphy bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The full bath includes a standing shower, and plush bathrobes are provided. The Queen Suite's living room features comfortable seating situated around a large flat-screen Smart TV with Roku, a breakfast/working nook, and a kitchenette. Other features of the freshly renovated space decorated in soothing shades of white, gold, and grey, boasts all new furniture and includes a Nest heating/cooling system, key-less electronic keypad entry to Suite, one designated off-street parking space, mini-fridge, microwave, glassware, flatware, plates/bowls, cheese platter with knives, mugs, and a full-size drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Well-behaved dogs are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee that we will send an AirBnB payment request for after booking. Any other vehicles will have to park at one of the public parking lots in town, or where there is street-side parking. Other things to note ***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.*** One free parking space is provided for the Queen Suite. Street parking is not allowed near Oakshade. For guests who plan on having more than one vehicle at a time during their stay, a public parking lot must be used or street parking where allowed.
