If your activities require parking a trailer, there is plenty of room on our 3/4 acre lot. You'll find three comfortable bedrooms that will sleep six people. There is also a sofa bed that can accommodate one more if needed. The space The Kitchen, Living room and Game room are equipped for you to arrive. Before you leave, take a look out the kitchen window and enjoy the view of the La Plata mountains in Colorado. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note The thermostat for the furnace is programmed, but you may adjust the temperature yourself. The air conditioner is completely controlled by the switch (high/low).
