Ideal for family vacations, this coastal spot is your perfect getaway. The space Large front windows allow you to enjoy a panoramic view morning, noon and night. Cozy and rustic living area is perfect to settle in and watch the world! Located in the quaint town of Cardiff-by-the-sea, this home is perfectly situated to enjoy 2 magnificent beaches (Cardiff and Moonlight), great restaurants, shopping and activities are within minutes! Relax in the hot tub and take in the sunset, lounge in the hammock out front or chill on the backyard sofa, this home offers many spots to kick back! Chill and grill in the backyard with the gas bbq, firepit and outdoor dining area. Surf shower and beach towels are available for your use. Large and open kitchen living area make for a relaxed atmosphere. If you are inclined to cook, the kitchen is well stocked. Wood burning fireplace if there is a chill in the air. We added air conditioning in each room to keep our guests more comfortable! Parking for 2 cars on the driveway Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Garage is not available. Other things to note If you are unsure about traveling, please consider purchasing third party trip insurance "cancel for any reason". We will adhere to our cancellation policies in place. We do not refund for beach closure, weather, illness, government shut downs. You're staying in a previously occupied home and agree to hold harmless owner and property management for any illness that could arise from visit.
