Lower level is living room, office, 1 queen bedroom and shower/toilet bathroom, laundry room in lower level. Fenced in backyard. Guest access Guests have access to entire house, backyard, and garage space. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask guests to be respectful. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am CST.
