There is also a community pool and hot tub available for your pleasure during the summer season. Other things to note **THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. IF THERE IS SMOKING THERE WILL BE A $300.00 FEE AND A REMOVAL FROM THE PREMISES. ***The hot tub and pool are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
