The home is positioned on a small road with a river view. The property is situated near Lake Clarke Marina for easy loading and unloading of your boat or jet skis. You may also rent boats at the Marina. Public launch about a mile down the road. Max daytime occupancy is 20 or less. No Parties. The space This property sleeps 8 comfortably, 10 if two people want to sleep on the pull-out couch bed located in the sunroom. First floor has 3 entertaining areas, dining room that seats 8, living room with wrap around couch and two oversized chairs and a sunroom with an additional couch (pull out bed) and seating. Second floor has a master with a King bed, two additional bedrooms both with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom also has a queen bed but must be accessed through the 3rd bedroom. There is one half bath located on the first floor and a full bath that was just renovated on the second floor. This property comes equipped with 4 Smart Internet TV's, WiFi, a propane grill, Fire Pit, bed linens and pillows, kitchen with cutlery and dishes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, Traditional Coffee Maker, dishwasher, full size washer/dryer, window A/C units first floor and central AC second floor and ample outdoor seating for you to enjoy your relaxing vacation. Home sits on the other side of a road along the river. There is a small house directly in front of the Lakehouse, however, there are still views on either side . Guest access Guests have access to the entire Building except for 2nd floor balcony and owners closet. Guests May Not access River from home as the house across the street is Private with No Trespassing and No Parking! Other things to note Disclosure: From time to time there are implications of being in close proximity to the river that may be perceived as a nuisance to vacationers. (ie Insects such as but not limited to, mosquitoes, stink bugs, and mayflies. Mayfly hatchings generally occur between mid June and mid July, however hatchings have occurred sooner or later than this. Inquire with owners if you have additional questions regarding Mayfly’s. Owners will not accept financial responsibility and/or grant refunds for Acts of Nature such as insects, inclement weather, cold weather, heat waves, windstorms, flooding, or other acts of God. Owners live near property and will leave their contact info if you need any information regarding their property. ***Please Do Not Park or Trespass on the property directly across the street from the home as it is privately owned with video surveillance. The owner will contact police.
