Second floor has a master with a King bed, two additional bedrooms both with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom also has a queen bed but must be accessed through the 3rd bedroom. There is one half bath located on the first floor and a full bath that was just renovated on the second floor. This property comes equipped with 4 Smart Internet TV's with basic cable (living room, Sunroom, Master, and 2nd bedroom, 1 Smart TV in 3rd bedroom with No Cable, WiFi, a propane grill, Fire Pit (Wood Not provided, you may purchase wood from our 3rd party supplier by sending $55 to gain access to the wood box located on premises, more details provided after booking), bed linens and pillows, kitchen with cutlery and dishes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, Traditional Coffee Maker, dishwasher, full size washer/dryer, window A/C units and ample outdoor seating for you to enjoy your relaxing vacation. Home sits on the other side of a road along the river. There is a small house directly in front of the Lakehouse, however, there are still views on either side . Guest access Guests have access to the entire Building except for 2nd floor balcony and owners closet. Guests May Not access River from home as the house across the street is Private with No Trespassing. Other things to note Disclosure: From time to time there are implications of being in close proximity to the river that may be perceived as a nuisance to vacationers. (ie Insects such as but not limited to, mosquitoes, stink bugs, and mayflies. Mayfly hatchings generally occur between mid June and mid July, however hatchings have occurred sooner or later than this. Inquire with owners if you have additional questions regarding Mayfly’s.
