Studio is not rented separately if you rent the main house, so you will have the property to yourselves. The space Weight bench and Peloton bike are available for use. Pool is solar heated during summer months. Property is fully fenced. 15 miles to San Francisco, 16 miles to Palo Alto High speed wifi $995 or $1195/night depending if you want just the main house or the 5th bedroom/studio also. Other things to note The property is our main residence and is not a pure rental so some of the owner's personal affects will be in the closets, etc. We have a small Boston Terrier dog, hence why we are dog friendly.
