This renovated (2019) house has large windows, hot tub, pool and trampoline. 15 minutes from Battlefield Mall, Bass Pro Shops, Wonders of Wildlife, and Mercy Hospital. Don't try to cram your whole family into 1 or 2 hotel rooms when you can have 4 private bedrooms and extra amenities. Save big on your vacation by booking with us and get more space, more convenience and more style with less cost. The space Our Home: We completed a floor to ceiling renovation in 2019. All 4 bedrooms have black out curtains. The two upstairs bedrooms have balconies. Living Room: This open floor plan makes lots of space for a large family to talk and eat together. The living room features a wall of windows and wood burning fireplace, 3 couches and two wing back chairs. The 65" TV comes with Roku so you can log into your Netflix or Hulu account and stream over the included wifi. There is also a game closet for your family fun. Dining Room: This large dinning table seats 8-10 or more if you have small kids. The floor to almost ceiling windows make a great focal point. Kitchen: White quartz counter tops and newest cabinet designs with bottom drawers and pull out spice racks make this space fun to cook in. There is lots of space to move and cook. It has all new stainless steel appliances including a flat top oven. The kitchen includes the basics as well as instant pot, rice cooker, toaster oven, coffee pot, and Ninja smoothie blender. We also have a butler's pantry. Downstairs Bathroom: This large bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is shared between the two downstairs bedrooms and living area. Full Bedroom: The cozy queen sized bed will give you a great night's rest. There is also a work station with desk and light. The best part of this room is the giant window that looks out on the trees and yard. (Don't worry about sleep, all bedrooms come with black out curtains.) No closet access. Downstairs Twin Room: This can make a great kids room. There are 2 twin beds as well as a play kitchen. More kids toys and crafts are in bins in the pantry. No closet access. King Suite: The king bed makes the best night's sleep and has an extra full sized floor mattress underneath. This large room has 2 beds, balcony and couch in a sitting area with a 65" tv. The vaulted ceilings make the room feel even bigger than it is. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk in shower and double sinks. No closet access. Clothing rack with hangers in this room may be moved anywhere. Upstairs Double Queen Room: This upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with queen trundle and 55" tv. This room also has a work station with desk and light and lots of space. To top it all off it has a full, covered balcony with two chairs and accent table that you can relax in. No closet access. Yard: In the back yard we have a one of a kind, large, covered entertainment deck that connects to the hot tub, pool, play set and trampoline. The pool (32'x16') is open May 15 through September. There is a large bouncy house for preschoolers in the outdoor bins as well other sports equipment. There is also a meat smoker, grill and blackstone grill available for your use. We have a highchair, booster and children's toys in the pantry (more upon request). As well as a pack n' play and sheets in the front hall closet. We do not have laundry facilities at this time. There is a clean laundry mat just up Campbell St. (The Wash House) Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and yard excluding the garage, shed and closets.
