Located about a mile from Eastern Michigan University; 10 miles from U of M Stadium; 17 miles from Detroit Metro Airport and about 30 miles from Downtown Detroit. Other things to note No pets, No parties, No smoking inside the home, No unregistered guests. Violators will be charged a $250 fine, No exceptions AND will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction of all occupants with no refund. 24/7 live and recorded audio and visual cameras are located on the exterior hallway/entrance area. Some longer stays (28+ days) may require a signed lease. Government-issued ID is required to verify identity prior to check in.
