Ocean view, near beach! Large pool/new hot tub

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and an escape room. Sat-Sat summer. The space Sunrise Surf House is a comfortable 4 BR/2.5 bath home that is fully equipped for a fun and memorable family vacation. Dog friendly: two dogs maximum who meet our requirements (see House Rules). No cats or other pets allowed. Note that the pool is closed for the winter, usually November through April. The inside stairs from the first to second floor, and from the second to third floor are newly carpeted, with a door on the second floor, and a removable gate on the third floor. The stairs are in a tight circle, with handrails, but may be difficult for small children or people with mobility problems to navigate. The bathrooms are on the second and third floors. For anyone working/attending school from home, there is a portable computer desks in the entertainment room. And, we have comfortable platform beds with memory foam mattresses. Guest access There is a locked owner’s closet on the second floor. Other things to note Please read our House Rules, and note that we have a strict NO PARTIES or EVENTS rule. We will give a 5 percent discount off the nightly rate for previous guests. Just mention it in your initial message ⭐️. From June through med September we rent a minimum of 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.
