HD Antenna for local channels - 17 brand new windows with beautiful treetop views - Master Bedroom: Queen size bed w/ closet - Foldaway: 1 queen-size mattress (please let us know 24-hours in advance if you need it set up) - Fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee & tea - Washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your laundry needs - Electronic safe - Access to shared bocce ball court and backyard with outdoor seating - Always clean! The carport entrance has a narrow entrance, please use caution when driving through. Smaller cars are suggested. Please note that due to limited space and high demand for parking, we can only offer 2 parking spaces per reservation OR 1 street-side parking spot, No Exceptions! Please make carpooling arrangements prior to check-in and limit the number of vehicles to 2. We are not responsible for any towing damages or fees due to illegal parking. Other things to note There are 2 separate Airbnb listings on this property: the 1921 cottage in the front and the treetop guest house in the backyard. The backyard and parts of the driveway are shared by both units. Please be courteous about the shared spaces and avoid blocking the driveways. There is a 2-vehicle maximum limit per reservation. Please let us know 24-hours in advance if your group will need any of the sofa/extra beds set up or will be requesting a late check-out. We will do our best to coordinate with our cleaning crew and accommodate all requests.
