Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has 2 bunk beds (single over double & single over single), and has a full size bathroom. Bedroom #4 (master) is located on the other side of the house and includes a bathroom with a shower. The house can comfortably accommodate 11 people and is perfect for 2 families. Two Smart TV'S, High speed internet. The space Pool heating fee is $100 per week, $250 per month stay. Pool fee is not included in the Airbnb quote and is going to be added to your booking if you are staying with us between December 1st and April 1st. The house is located next to Pompano Beach Municipal Park, which offers a golf course, over 5 miles of bike paths, a pool complex, few tennis courts, basketball, panel ball, pickleball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, kids play areas and an Amphitheater. Shopping locations and restaurants are nearby. The beach is only 1.2 miles away.
