Our spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath near pool is located in the heart of awesome Seascape resort that feature a challenging 18 hole championship golf course, Pro shops, 8 tennis courts, clay basketball court, kids playgrounds, 5 swimming pools ( 3 heated in the winter), 6 clay pickle-ball courts , shopping center with restaurants and acres of landscaped grounds ending at the stunning Gulf of Mexico. The space The bedroom has 1 king bed and the living room a queen sofa sleeper, accommodating a total of 4 guests.Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking needs. The condo is on the ground level and set in the park-like area (see pictures)with pool right by your side. Best of all,the condo is only minutes from the beach where there is a parking for residents and 5 minutes walk. There is also a shuttle bus during peak season. Please specify the pet inquiry(dogs only) when submitting reservation request, since there are certain conditions that apply( 40 pounds max weight) Pet fee $100. Upon completing your booking please sign the Rental Agreement that would be sent to you via Email. Guest access Condo access with complete driving direction and detailed instructions will be sent via email a day prior to "check in".
