It has a shared dock w/ 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. PET POLICY: Pets are allowed with our pre-approval only. Pet fee is $15/night per pet. This 2400 sqft. home is built directly on the beach and displays stunning views of Hood Canal and the Olympics through floor to ceiling glass. The home is spacious with 16' vaulted ceilings and big rooms. The master bedroom has two Tuft & Needle Cali King beds and a large walk-in shower with bench. The upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is an additional automatic queen size inflatable mattress that can be placed in the foyer. There is a Pack N' Play crib for babies and toddlers. A large, fully stocked kitchen with high quality appliances and cookware allow for superb culinary experiences and socializing. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools and the kitchen table seats 6. The 1000 sqft. deck is outfitted with a private hot tub, outdoor sofa, 6 person table, 6 sun chairs, a gas bbq and gas fire pit. The dock is shared between the two rental properties and has 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards that are also shared. Life vests for infants, children and adults are available. This home will keep you comfortable year round with its heated floors, gas fireplace and its central heat pump with A/C. It also has electronic entertainment such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO, and an entertainment sound system. Neighbors include Bill Gates and the Nordstrom's along with the award winning Alderbrook Resort (you have full access to the resort except for their swimming pool). Within a few miles you will also find great hiking trails, several restaurants, convenience stores, and Alderbrook Golf Course. A car is necessary to get around. Seattle is an easy 40-minute drive and a nice 60-minute ferry ride away. Grocery stores (Safeway, QFC, Fred Meyers) are within 20 minutes in either direction (Belfair or Shelton), and convenience stores with basic items are a few minutes away. This home is ideal for up to 8 people. Please register the exact number of guests so we can schedule the correct cleaning and thus avoid delayed check-in for the next guests. Only registered guests are permitted to stay. Clam digging is NOT permitted. We have a fully stocked kitchen and provide salt, pepper, olive oil, and various seasonings; coffee, creamer and sugar; plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baking sheets; a large selection of utensils, pots and pans; blender, toaster, cutting boards, sharp knives, ice machine, convection oven, and full sized appliances including freezer. The home also has a top class sound system for movies and music.
