The home is spacious with 16' vaulted ceilings and big rooms. The master bedroom has two Tuft & Needle Cali King beds and a large walk-in shower with bench. The upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is an additional automatic queen size inflatable mattress that can be placed in the foyer. There is a Pack N' Play crib for babies and toddlers. A large, fully stocked kitchen with high quality appliances and cookware allow for superb culinary experiences and socializing. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools and the kitchen table seats 6. The 1000 sqft. deck is outfitted with a private hot tub, outdoor sofa, 8 person table, 6 sun chairs, a gas bbq and gas fire pit. The dock is shared between the two rental properties and has 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards that are also shared. Life vests for infants, children and adults are available. This home will keep you comfortable year round with its heated floors, gas fireplace and its central heat pump with A/C.
