The farmhouse has plenty of space for families/groups with lots of opportunities for relaxing. The space Spring Hollow Farm is an old homestead named for the spring located on the property. It includes the original farmhouse and across the road, a large barn and pond. The house retains its farmhouse appeal on the outside, yet is newly updated inside. There are two full baths upstairs. One bathroom has a shower and has doors that opens to two of the bedrooms. The other full bath has a family friendly bathtub with custom tile surround. There is a half bath located on the first floor. The bedrooms retain farmhouse charm with hardwood flooring. Please note that all bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom connects to an adjacent bedroom and shared bath, which makes it a perfect room for families traveling with kids. The kitchen is stocked with the basic amenities for cooking meals at the farmhouse, but North Atherton Street has plenty of restaurant options for all tastes and is only a short 15 minute drive away. The dining area has a dining table for sit down meals for all to enjoy! The two separate living areas provide space for groups to enjoy separate activities. The large walk out deck is perfect for relaxing or cooking up dinner on the grill. Please keep in mind, this is a farmhouse with lots of personality that has stood for many years! We are happy to provide a comfortable space in a beautiful location for guests to enjoy, but we expect guests to be respectful. If you are looking for a party house, this is NOT the right house for you. Guest access The whole house is available for guests. We ask that you do not access the basement or attic. Other things to note Prices are based on occupancy with additional guest fees after 5 guests. Per AirBNB User Agreement: If you want an early check-in or late check-out, you may incur a fee up to the cost of the next night's stay; this will be clearly communicated to you prior to setting up the check in/out change. This payment will be payable through AirBnB's system. No off-AirBnB payments will be accepted for your reservation placed on AirBnB.
