Fully equipped kitchen including a full size fridge, range and microwave. Oil, salt/pepper and spices/seasonings are provided. Kuerig coffeemaker with a variety of coffees/teas (some organic) with raw organic sugar, Pyure organic stevia, local orange-blossom honey, cinnamon and dry creamer provided. A K-cup w/filter and coffee grinder are provided for those who prefer to grind/mix their own special blend. There are reusable 16 oz. cups for iced coffee or tea. There are disposable cups for traveling for your convenience. There is also a small smoothie/cocktail blender for your enjoyment. This is a private guest house which you will access with a key code given to you on the day of your arrival. It is located at the rear of the property which you will access through the double privacy gate located at the driveway. It is a double driveway with guest parking to the right of the covered space. We can accommodate two (2) vehicles max parked in tandem. We are located just a couple of minutes away from the entrance to I-275. It is a 5 minute walk to the river and a karaoke and coffee bar, and a short drive to many local multicultural pubs and eateries. The area is filled with many unique shops and boutiques. 3 min. to I-275 and only 40 min. to St. Pete or Clearwater Beach. It's a 13 min. drive to The Seminole Hard Rock casino. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Hart bus line stops are a short walking distance away. I have two large rescue dogs. Dexter and Bella are very friendly to people but are not so friendly to other animals and even though the property is separated by a privacy fence, for this reason, we do not allow any other animals on property.
