Tampa Stadium (13 min), Tampa Int'l Airport (15 min), Seminole Hard Rock Casino (13 min) Busch Gardens (11 min) USF (12 min). #1 beach in US (29 miles) The space The living room boasts a 55" flatscreen with ROKU w/live TV and free Prime, Netflix, or for use with your personal preferred account for streaming. An international adapter is available with deposit. Fully equipped kitchen including a full-size fridge, range and microwave. Oil, salt/pepper and spices/seasonings are provided. Keurig coffeemaker with a variety of coffees/teas (some organic) with Raw sugar, Pyure organic stevia, cinnamon and dry creamer provided. There are reusable 16 oz. cups for iced coffee or tea. There are disposable cups for traveling for your convenience. There is also a small smoothie/cocktail blender for your enjoyment. Fully appointed bathroom with blow dryer, steamer for clothes, cotton balls/Q-Tip's, body wash, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner. Play your music while showering with the Bluetooth speaker/fan/light (blue or white) combo. The bathroom also has a closet with wooden hangars and a luggage rack for your convenience. The bed boasts a comfortable memory foam mattress with a memory foam topper and soft linens. Enjoy your coffee/cocktails outside on the quaint patio with outdoor lighting for ambience. Beach towels, umbrella and cooler with ice pack provided. Note: 'The Nest' is currently cleaned with certified disinfectant cleaners and the linens are washed with an all-natural, free and clear detergent. Enjoy your stay! Guest access This is a private guest house which you will access with a key code given to you on the day of your arrival. It is located at the rear of the property which you will access through the double privacy gate located at the driveway. It is a double driveway with guest parking to the right of the covered space. We can accommodate two (2) vehicles max parked in tandem. We are located just a couple of minutes away from the entrance to I-275. Other things to note I have two large rescue dogs. Dexter and Bella are very friendly to people but are not so friendly to other animals and even though the property is separated by a privacy fence, for this reason, we do not allow any other animals on property. The guesthouse has a brand new centralized heating and cooling system for maximum comfort.
