This is a 900 sq foot master. If you do not need the 4th bedroom, we can adjust accordingly. The space Spacious enough for family and friends! Comfortable 3 bedroom/2.5 bath living quarters with additional 1 bedroom/1 bath guest house including personal deck on the same property. Guest house will not be rented separately from main house. Relax in the comfortable amenities including 2 kings, 2 queens, Gas cook top andgreat outdoor grill. Enjoy a total of 3 TVs (37' LCD TV in main living) all with DISH system, 2 DVDs.
