SGO is just 5 minutes away from everything Miami has to offer, (Wynwood, Miami Beach and different malls) either by car, bus, or metro all of which are just a few steps away. The space The apartment faces a tropical oasis shaded by towering palms trees where guest can use all the back yard amenities including the barbecue and sitting areas. The interior is cozy, well planned and well lit, there is a master bedroom with a comfy queen bed and an in suite bath consisting of a well lit vanity area with separate shower and toilet room. Directly across the vanity area is a sufficiently large walk in closet to accommodate luggage and hangers for a group of six. The living area is large with plenty of room to walk around and even accommodate a fold out futon for additional guest if needed. The kitchen is modern, with new appliances and open, with direct access to the terrace area for easy enjoyment of the tropical surroundings and barbecue area.There is also a second convertible bedroom area with double twin murphy beds with a private half bathroom. Guest access Guest have access to the property through the main gate, down a long passage which leads to apartment noted by a beautiful Italian red colored door. All the back yard and common areas which include the laundry facility which are on the premises are accesible to the guest. The off limit areas are clearly marked. There is also a dock and mooring space available for guest who come by boat or have a boat to dock. Additional fees apply for using docking facilities, however, the dock is off limits while it undergoes repairs,
