This oceanfront listing is comprised of two 3-bed/3-bath townhouses on quiet and star-studded Malibu Road with amazing views. Granite and limestone kitchens & bathrooms, living room with fireplace, tub for two, 2-car parking, lounge/recreation area with bar, ping-pong, dart board and cornhole toss. We are located a short drive or bike ride to all the great shopping and dining Malibu has to offer. In addition to the beach, there are lots of hiking/biking trails and wine tasting nearby. The space You'll love these townhouses as they are spacious, quiet and private with ocean views from most every room. They're laid out like houses and the primary bedrooms are amazing with vaulted ceilings and huge picture windows that look right out to the ocean. And at night, you can see the moon and the stars without even lifting your head off your pillow! The living rooms have oceanfront views, comfortable seating, a 55 inch smart TVs and fireplaces. The kitchens have large refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers and everything else you'll need to cook delicious family meals. All six bedrooms have king size beds with 100% cotton bedding and their own adjacent bathrooms. If you have a baby, the townhouses come equipped with cribs, play pens, high chairs and gates for the tops of the stairwells. However, the townhouses are not baby-proofed, so your baby must be supervised at all times. Guest access Our Host David checks you in upon your arrival. He will be be looking out for you during your stay. The townhouse has a keyless entry which enables 24-hour check-in and the freedom from having to manage keys. Included with your stay is access to our beach level recreation area that has a lounge, bar, ping-pong table, dart board and cornhole toss. There is also an outdoor shower for washing off after a swim in the ocean. In addition, we have mountain bikes for hitting the trails or riding into town. Two off-street parking spaces are included. Uber is the best way to get around if you don't have a car during your stay. Our townhouses are a short drive or bike ride to all the great shopping and dining Malibu has to offer. Other things to note There is a $75 fee per person per day if you would like more than eight people to stay or visit the property.
