The space This 2400 sq. ft. home includes a large living area, kitchen and Master bedroom downstairs and four nice size bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. All rooms have great views and the living area includes a fireplace and country charm. The outside deck has two levels and three sitting areas with one level with a roof and the other open to the beauty of the outdoors. The deck includes a grill, comfy chairs, Bluetooth Music and well lit for safety and night time enjoyment. The flagstone path takes you down to the boat house where paddle boards, paddle boat and a fire pit for smores is waiting for your family experience. Fishing, boating, skiing are all available on Lake Holbrook. Guest access The guest has access to the entire house and the boat dock.
