Entry into this single level home features a large open room with kitchen, dining and living area all in one. The central updated kitchen provides the perfect setting for cooking and interacting with your family or guests. A large comfortable screened in porch provides further area for relaxing or entertaining. Down the hallway are the 3 bedrooms and 2 completely refurbished bathrooms with the master featuring a fully tiled walk in shower. There are Spanish tile floors throughout the common areas giving the house a cool look with carpeting in the bedrooms. In addition to the great outdoor space you will find a private saltwater pool and outdoor shower perfect for cooling off on those hot summer days. A gas grill perfect for an afternoon or evening meal. Please be advised there is an exterior surveillance device that monitors the pool equipment, not the pool itself. 613 Sheraton Plaza is a short walk to the beach and just a few blocks to the village which includes an array of boutique style shops and a variety of restaurants from casual to upscale dining. The village is also home to the lighthouse, fishing pier and wonderful oceanfront picnic area. The Neptune Park Fun Zone has a miniature golf course, state of the art playground and pool(open summer only). Please note: This property backs up to an elementary school that is having some updates done while remaining open until October 2023. There may be noise occasionally between Monday-Friday.
