The space Grounds overlook Jaycee Park in the National Historic Fort Screven District which includes Soccer fields, basketball courts, shuffleboard, a playground and more. Tybee’s bike path is great for touring the island and runs along the east side of the park. Enjoy a short walk to North Beach to enjoy the sand and surf or a bite to eat at the North Beach Grill. Guest access This rental is the entire property of seven units with access to common areas, game room and heated outdoor pool. Other things to note The Fort Screven District is a Tybee Island local favorite. Located within walking distance from the shore, Fort Screven is rich in breathtaking sights and tons of history including the lighthouse, Tybee Island Museum and Officer's Row. Your view at The Barracks will include historically protected oak trees and Jaycee Park. Jaycee Park is equipped with a basketball court, bike trails, picnic areas and a playground for the kids.
