Historic Home by UofR,Apt 1 is Charming & Private

Our Riverside Apt. Sunny, 2 level apt, in rear of house, a short walk to the U of R with plenty of space/parking. One bedroom with lots of character as well as a futon in the living room in restored mansion on Mt. Hope. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spiral staircase, and 1 and 1/2 baths. It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Enjoy Rochester from this historic mansion with tons of character and charm. The space Recently refurbished with new wood floors, cabinets, countertop and paint, yet still maintaining the character of what used to be the "servants quarters". It is PERFECT if you are visiting the U of R! We live in the rest of the house and are excited to have you stay! Note: It does have a narrow spiral staircase to the loft bedroom.. We also have another apartment listed on Airbnb, be sure to check it out! Apt #2. We do not charge an additional cleaning fee, as we think this should be included in the price. Guest access The Airbnb apartments have their own common entry way that leads to two separate Airbnb apartments. Come and go as you like, the door has a passcode. It is perfect for visits to U of R. W. The apartment has 3 stairs to main door, then 15 to individual apartments. Once inside, the bedroom and shower are up a narrow spiral staircase. Other things to note If you need more beds in the apartment (which can sleep 2 in the bedroom and 1 on the sleeper sofa) there is a fold out twin, WE ALSO HAVE ANOTHER APARTMENT ON AIRBNB WHICH HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED AND TRUNDLE BED IN LIVING ROOM. APT #2 You are welcome to use apartments washer and dryer. We do have two cats, who do not go into the apartment, but they do roam around our part of the house. We are flexible on the price if you are here to visit Strong Hospital. There is a spiral staircase !
