The space Very few areas on Sam Rayburn lake have a public boat ramp and this is one of them. (We consider it private since it's in our subdivision and very few know about it.) Guest access House sits on one lot with two additional empty lots, so there is plenty of room to spread out. Other things to note This is a wonderful neighborhood. Most folks know everyone. Golf carts, 4 wheelers, side by sides and any type of a buggy you have are all welcome, as long as you keep it slow.
