There is so much to love about our property. The convenience to all theme parks and stores is probably the first thing to love. Maximizing your time when you are on vacation is important and our location is premier for maximizing time. Seven years ago, we stayed at the Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane and fell in love with the beautiful property and wonderful location. Three years ago, we had the chance to purchase our own villa. We've made the villa a relaxing retreat that we enjoy as a family and that we are so happy to share with others. We are located at the beautiful property of The Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane. From our front door, you are just 15 minutes from the parking lots of Disney World and 20-22 from Sea World and Universal Studios. Our villa was recently remodeled with high-end touches and everything is fresh and new. Our housekeeper is meticulous about keeping it clean and uses environmentally safe products. Besides fresh clean sheets and towels, we enjoy letting our guests know that every guest receives a freshly cleaned bedcovering….. no previously used bedspreads or comforters for our guests! The same goes for the bath rugs, they are fresh and clean for every visitor. We are listed on another popular vacation rental sites where our reviews are also 5 stars. We do our very best to make each guest have the best possible rental experience. The villa has free WI-FI, cable TV with many, many channels, Blu-ray & DVD players, a few DVD's, board and card games, and phone service for the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The property of Seven Dwarfs Lane is meticulously manicured and has wonderful amenities, including tennis, volleyball, basketball and bocci ball courts, club house with high-end fitness equipment, spa, pool tables, ping-pong table and arcade games, a lake with paddle boats and fishing (the paddleboats are rented out for a fee by a private company on the weekends and fishing poles with bait are rented for $2.00 for 24 hours), fenced in playground, tiki bar, and a beautiful heated pool with a large Jacuzzi and a splash pad will be completed by the end of June. It only takes a minute, maybe two to walk to the club house. The clubhouse also offers a business area for those who need a printer, fax, etc. *Some activities do have a small fee for rental purposes. We have most of the sports equipment needed for our guests in the villa, so they won't have to rent the equipment at the clubhouse. We have wonderful Amenities on the property. The exercise room is open 24/7 and the clubhouse and amenities are open from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm (this is a real plus as most surrounding resorts close their pools at 8:00 pm -- our kids LOVE coming home from the parks at night and running down to the pool for a late night swim). We are close to every major theme park/attraction and close to all shopping needs and necessities, including frivolous shopping. I respond to every inquiry within minutes to 3 hours (unless it's in the middle of the night in the USA). I send our Check-in and Welcome attachments 14 to 21 days before my guests arrival with the information you will need for directions and access to the property, the lockbox code for immediate entry and tons of information about our villa. We also have a very attentive property management group to assist with any urgent concerns with the property. One of the best things about our location is the proximity to stores. Across the street from the guarded security gate of our property is Sam's Club including Sam’s gas station, and just two blocks away is a Super Target which includes a pharmacy. This Super Target is also great because there aren’t big crowds to fight with for your supplies. A brand new Publix with an incredible deli is less than two miles and there are two Walmart Supercenters within two miles of the villa. Restaurants, both of the fast food variety (Wendy’s, Waffle House, Panda Express, Burger King, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Arby’s, Sam’s Club doesn’t require a membership for their fast food options) and sit-down dinner (Applebee’s, Smokey Bones BBQ, Olive Garden, TGI Friday’s, International Cuisine options) are within minutes of the property. Walgreens is also close by. A high-end outlet mall is within 2.5 miles of the villa and a major shopping area is within 10 minutes of the villa. And then there is Disney Springs that is 10 minutes away with great shopping, dining, and experiences!! The public bus Lynx system is one block away from the security gates of the villa with routes to Disney World, restaurants, shopping, etc. Uber, Lyft and other driving services are allowed on the property for your transportation needs as well. Delivery of dining services, groceries, strollers, scooters, etc. can also have access on the property to make your stay as convenient as possible. Our villa's location is close to everything, yet is secluded and private with 24/7 guarded security gate. It is a wonderful villa and resort and we can't wait to share it with you! You will have complete access to the home except for a locked manager's closet and cupboard. Although I do not live in the area, I am available at any time to assist our guests. My guests are welcome to call, text or email me at any time. Our property management team is wonderful and is also available 24/7 for emergencies. Non-emergency situations will be taken care of during business hours. Our resort is a quiet peaceful community which makes it a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of crowds you deal with as you enjoy the theme parks. Although it is a smaller community, it has big time amenities with a beautiful pool and large hot tub and a great kids splash pad and play area. The sports courts include a tennis, basketball and beach volleyball area. There is even a space for bocce ball area (a fun game for everyone). We have all the sports equipment in our villa, so you won't have to rent the equipment from the clubhouse. Not only does the clubhouse have a business center, arcade games, pool and ping pong, but it has a high-end 24/7 fitness room. There is a quality throughout our community . All of these amenities provide a wonderful chance to relax and keep your family happy and occupied on your down days in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. There is plenty of parking directly in front of our villa for all of our guests. You are just steps away from our front door. Public transportation, Uber, etc. are all available. I don't recommend using public transportation for getting to and from the theme parks, just because of the extra time it would take. We have an age requirement of 24 or older to book our home. Although parties and events are allowed, we ask that all guests please be respectful of the other guests in the community. **Reservations that are less than 4 nights will have an extra $20 fee assessed by our property manager for shorter stays.
