Our newly remodeled “Old Town” Scottsdale Condo is located directly across from Fashion Square Mall in a beautifully maintained complex. All furnishings and amenities are brand new. The unit has direct access to the pool and BBQ area. Our goal is to provide our guests with their most Amazing Airbnb experience ever. Our complex is an easy walk to Old Town and close to all that Scottsdale has to offer. The condo is professionally cleaned after each stay and is hotel ready upon arrival. Come enjoy! The space Our condo is a 2Bd/2Ba ground floor unit with direct backdoor access to a beautiful pool, covered & uncovered seating with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the AZ sun. There are BBQ grills located close to the pool area and only steps from our backdoor. There is nothing quite like enjoying a glass of wine at the end of a fun day on our back patio watching the humming birds as the sun sets. Our condo is a 3 minute walk to Fashion Square Mall and a short walk to Old Town Scottsdale and the great restaurants, shops and nightlife. There is a reserved parking spot for our unit and multiple Visitor spots around the complex. Additionally there is free parking on 68th street. We are a short 2.5 miles from the Camelback Mountain Trail head along with many other scenic hiking trails. We finished a complete remodel of our condo in January. Everything in the unit is new and well thought out to provide our guests with a welcoming, comfortable stay. Our goal in designing our condo was to provide our guests with their most Amazing Airbnb experience ever. We invested significant time/thought researching what made our many home away from home experiences “Great” vs “Ok”. Our unit is yours while you stay, there are no personal items in the property so feel free to use what you see – the middle drawer under TV has a few decks of playing cards for example. The unit has a combination lock front door to provide simple access at your Check In. Walking in you will notice a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and amenities. We have worked hard to think of everything you might need to make your stay a wonderful experience. The dining area has a large table that sits 6 along with additional stools at the breakfast bar. Both the table and breakfast bar provide a great space for “working at home” using the high speed WiFi while enjoying views of the pool and the many palm trees. The Living Area comfortable seats 6 and is great for Streaming a movie or just watching Cable on the large screen Smart TV. This room has lots of LED lighting and a large ceiling fan. The Master Bed Room has a queen bed with lots of pillows and blankets. The closet is quite large with built in wardrobes equipped with drawers, hanging space and shelves. No need for a dresser taking up space in the room. The Master bath is all tile with a large shower and an 8 position shower head – you are going to love this shower. The Second Master Bedroom is located down the hallway for privacy. This bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and built in wardrobe for your convenience. The second Master Bath is all tile with a large tub & 8 position shower head. Both Bathrooms have been upgraded with 7 foot high shower heads. The complex has 4 common areas with pools, outdoor rest rooms, BBQ areas and very clean coin op laundry rooms. Our unit has direct access to the common area making access to the pool or laundry area very convenient. There is much to see and do in Old Town Scottsdale but based on personal experience you may find yourself pushing off on your day out and find yourself just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the condo. Guest access Entire condo, laundry, pool, BBQ areas and covered parking. The Unit comes with a Pool area and Laundry room key. Our entire condo is yours to enjoy! There are no personal items. Everything in the home is new and available for your use as our guest. Our condo is located steps from all the best restaurants, night life, shops and golf courses, just about everything Scottsdale has to offer. If you walk out our door and across the street you are in Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall which is a premier mall in Arizona with all the amenities you could ever ask for. Some of the best golfing in the state is located right next door and all within 5 to 15 miles.
