Lovely Villa! Upgrades-Beach Chairs-Wagon!

Family Flingo is a two bedroom, two bathroom 840 square foot villa, in Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. It is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and pool! The villa has been remodeled and has everything you will need for a great beach vacation, including a beach wagon, chairs, and water toys! There is plenty of room for extra family or friends! *Please note: the resort charges a $35 gate/parking fee. It is a one time fee, per vehicle. The space Everyone who has stayed here has enjoyed it! I am sure you will, too. The villa stays very clean and there are movies, books, and games, for those rainy days. Please note that the resort charges a $35 fee per car, per stay. The first car is covered by the "Resort Fee". Additional car fees will be collected after the reservation is made. Guest access You have access to the entire villa. Other things to note **Check out is 10:00am. The only thing you need to do is take the trash and start the dishwasher! I do love a text, when you leave, so that I can notify the Cleaning Crew. ***The resort has started charging a Gate/Parking Fee of $35 per car. (Only one fee for each car, for the entire visit.) The fee for the first car is covered by the "Resort Fee" and additional fees, for additional cars, will be collected after the reservation is made. ***Please note that the resort will not allow E Bikes through the Security Gate.
