King bedroom on main w/full bath, 3 bedrooms on lower level floor (king, Full/Twin, Queen/Trundle) Main floor is very spacious and all open to kitchen and dining with deck and grill off dining area as well as the screened porch. Just minutes drive to the Owners Club where the outdoor/indoor pool, game room, tennis court, basketball court, lounge area with WIFI, and exercise room. Enjoy the amenities of the Galena Territory. Other things to note DAMAGES - The renter is responsible for the care of the home during the rental and the renter will be charged for damages incurred during their stay: a. Damage done to the house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear, linens that are lost or damaged. b. Charges incurred due to pets, rentals, long distance phone calls, and services rendered during their stay. c. All debris, rubbish, trash, and discards should be taken to the dumpster areas. There is a $75 charge for garbage removal. Please do not leave any trash outside, on a deck or screened porch. Raccoons and other animals will tear the screens and bags open. Pets are not permitted in the rental unit without Rosebud Rentals’ authorization for not all homes will accept them. There will be a $100.00 fine per night for any unauthorized pet. PARKING. Vehicles are to be parked on the property only. Parking on the street is not permitted by county ordinance. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. DO NOT park or drive on the grass or area other than the driveway or parking lot at the home. SECURITY – While you are a guest in our rental home, please be respectful of your neighbors in regards to noise, parking, and their property. The Galena Territory Security Department has the ability to fine up to $1000 to the homeowners that rent to guests who misbehave. This fine will be passed on to you as the renter. HOT TUBS – (if your home has one) No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time. When using the hot tub, remember there is certain health risks associated with this. Use at your own risk. Our maintenance personnel drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival. DO NOT STAND ON HOT TUB COVERS, they will break and you may be charged for replacement. Please remove the cover completely before using. Remember when not using the hot tub; replace the cover. Please follow instructions left in the home for hot tub use. ACCESS TO AMENITIES - This agreement shows the number of proximity cards in the home for your use of the Galena Territory amenities (except for Eagle Ridge Inn). Should one or more of the cards be missing at the end of your stay, the replacement cost for each proximity card is $50. Please do not lose any cards, and check when you leave the home to make sure that they all are accounted for and returned to the holder. CAR PASSES - Guest car passes will be left in the home for your stay. If you should need additional passes, they are available at the Galena Territory Association Office (located in the GTA Owners Club). The hours are 8:30 to 4:30 pm. This home is privately owned; the owner(s) & Rosebud Rentals are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner & Rosebud Rentals are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. In the event the home you have rented becomes unavailable for any reason (sold, water leak, damage, etc.) then Rosebud Rentals reserves the right to move you to a home that is comparable or an upgrade to the home you have reserved or Rosebud Rentals will refund your deposit in full.
