Full kitchen with stove/oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Washe/dryer in the laundry room just off the dining space. Futon couch in living room, newly replaced SMART TV for streaming from your own device(s). Guest access Guest are welcome to park in the driveway. You are welcome to use the backyard space. There is a BBQ and a sitting area.
