Our place is close to the Turtle Point clubhouse, the Sanctuary, and East Beach with its market. We are about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Our 2 bedroom villa is spacious, and is rated top-tier by the Kiawah Island Resort. Our patio has been finished and is now part of the interior, offering a separate seating area as well as a game table and an office area. Because we are managed by the Kiawah Island Resort, our guests enjoy full resort amenities, including use of the 2 pool areas. We are required by the village to provide our Kiawah Island business license: RBL 19-006176. There is parking available for 2 vehicles. When you rent through us, you receive full resort amenities, such as free use of the 2 resort area pools (Night Heron and West Beach). We are located near East Beach and the Sanctuary, which is the 5-star resort on the island. We are also across from the Turtle Beach Golf Club, which has a lounge and a restaurant. We are the furthest east villa complex, meaning the beach near us is less crowded. As a resort guest, you can get free shuttle service to any part of the island. Bicycling is the best way to get around. Downtown Charleston is about 45 minutes away by car, as is the airport. Some of the more popular activities on the island include golf (Kiawah has hosted several PGA events in the past), tennis (ranked by one magazine as the #1 tennis resort in the world), biking (our personal favorite; there are bike paths everywhere and because the beach is hard-packed sand, you can ride on the beach), kayaking, and relaxing on the beach.
