The space This building is 1/2 block off Main St and about 2 blocks from the Reedy River and stunning Falls Park (Yes, we have a waterfall on Main St)! You'll be right in the most action-packed part of Main St; the Farmers Market on Saturdays (May-Oct), outdoor concerts all summer long, festivals, and great restaurants - all the fun stuff happens right here! The Swamp Rabbit Trail is only a block away too. My guests love being able to park their car and walk to all the fun spots in downtown Greenville. Each bedroom is very large and has a quality mattress with cozy linens & plenty of pillows. The front bedroom has a Queen sized bed, frosted french door to the living room, and a desk area if you need some private space to get a little work done. The bedroom at the back of the apartment has a King sized bed, huge walk-in closet and en suite full bath. The large living/ dining space offers seating for 6 and a 56" Smart TV with access to YouTube TV and fast WiFi. The sunny kitchen is fully outfitted with all the pots, pans, prep & serving dishes you might need, a large fridge, and a double dishwasher. The apartment also has a washer and dryer available for your use. Please plan to bring your own laundry supplies and food items. All linens and a starter supply of paper products are provided for you. I will require 2 things from guests in order to book per HOA Regulations: that the Rental Agreement be accepted, and a copy of the Guest Driver's License. Guest access My guests access the building either through the Poinsett garage or via the front entry off of Court St. They require a personal code as the entrance is secured. Once inside the building, they will require a second code to access the apartment. Both entrances are video monitored. Other things to note 2 beds are roll away cots and are most comfortable for younger or smaller people. Some guests may be bothered by the inevitable street noise of being downtown in a city. The property is off of the busiest streets, but has a 2 lane road on one side which is moderately busy (River St). I do provide white noise machines in each room, and have heavy room darkening lined window coverings on each bedroom.
