This historic schoolhouse was used for public education until 1925 and has since been lovingly renovated to preserve its charm while adding modern amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern fixtures and a large dining area, perfect for family meals. Outside, you’ll find a private brick patio with a gas grill, ideal for cooking and dining al fresco while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The bathroom features a Whirlpool tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, along with a high-efficiency laundry system for longer stays. Ring the vintage 24-inch cast-iron school bell to call everyone to the table, then enjoy a meal prepared in the gourmet kitchen with local produce. The home also features wide-plank pine floors and historic schoolhouse memorabilia for a true sense of the past. Tiverton Four Corners Schoolhouse No. 1 was originally sold to the town in 1854 and served as a school until 1925. The Rego family converted it into a private home in 1928.
