Our cottage is nestled on 350' of private beach between the amazing Indiana Dunes and breathtaking Lake Michigan. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the bright and cheerful 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The space We are located near the Indiana Dunes State Park and the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore. You can walk for miles in either direction on the beach. There are miles of hiking and cross country ski trails (of varying degrees of difficulty) nearby. There are also great dining opportunities, grocery stores, libraries, museums and movie theatres within a few miles. Guest access We have kayaks, stand up paddle boards and other beach toys available for our guests to use at no charge as well as mandatory life jackets. All guests must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement prior to using our property and equipment. Other things to note We are located next door to the Indiana Dunes State Park and the Indiana Dunes National Park. There are lots hiking trails, of varying degrees of difficulty, nearby. You can walk for miles in either direction on the beach. If you want to get away from the beach there is an ice skating rink in Valpo, a great library for kids in Chesterton as well as a number if movie theaters around. There are also fabulous restaurants and grocery stores nearby if you want to dine out or buy groceries to eat in.
