Bella Beach is a beautiful, private, destination neighborhood nestled on the beach between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. Lovely 2 block walk to the beach access point on a quiet street lined with beautiful homes. Amazing ocean views from the beach overlook. Quiet back deck with spa, trees, and BBQ. Lots of games and activities on the home's 3 levels. Gathering areas on each level for family and friends to spread out and relax. Well stocked kitchen. Fireplace. Large screen TVs in each bedroom. The space 3 levels, 2678 sq ft, 3 bedrooms plus rec room with sleeping area, 2.5 baths, sleeps 10. Main level: Living room, fireplace, TV Large Kitchen/dining, new appliances, service for 12, pots, pans, utensils, coffee makers, Keurig, instant hot teapot, instant pot cooker, toaster, blender, popcorn maker, slow cooker, waffle maker, baking tools, serving platters, cake platter, electric fondue set, roaster oven, BBQ and more... Master bedroom and bath - King bed with TV Guest bedroom - King bed with TV and fireplace Guest bathroom Washer/dryer in laundry, fire extinguisher Large semi-private back deck with picnic table and grill Newer 7 person spa Upper level: Bedroom - Queen bed, twin bunk bed w/TV Full Bathroom Sitting Area/table & chairs with board games/puzzles Lower level: King bed and queen bed in a shared room with the Game room/Media room/Wii console/Pool table (6 foot table)/Air hockey We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. *Furniture and decorations may be changed without notice. Guest access: Most areas except where locked storage is located. Garage is locked for storage. Other things to note: DOG FRIENDLY: Up to 2 dogs only, no other pets. There is a $50 pet fee. Dogs must be house broken and must be kept off the furniture. Must be kept on leash when outside (HOA may fine $250 for unleashed dogs). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. ** Parking: No street parking allowed. Park in driveway (4 medium vehicles or 3 large ones). Hot tub: We strive to make sure the hot tub is working at all times. If it is not working due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. motor or heater goes out), unfortunately we cannot provide any type of refund for the inconvenience. Guest access Entire home, except 3 private storage areas and the garage. Other things to note Parking RV’s, trailers, campers, boats, motorcycles, etc. is not allowed in the Bella Beach neighborhood at any time.
