Stay in your own private Guest Suite w/King bed, separate TV/Sitting room (w/Murphy bed) and leather loveseat, 55" flat-screen TV, hi-speed wifi, 2 fridges, full bathroom, His & Her sinks, soft water & natural stone tiled shower & porcelain tub combo. 2-door access to your own guest suite, with a private door to your lovely, sunny patio area. Outdoor grill, indoor/outdoor sinks, split Efficiency Kitchenette/Laundry Room with microwave, convection toaster oven, induction cooktop, countertop d/w. The space *Shared laundry room with large-capacity LG washer and dryer, City of Scottsdale water, also included. Patio also offers exquisite mountain &n desert views, outdoor built-in 27" professional gas grill barbecue and sink island, chaise lounge recliner, Mexican tile wrought-iron table w/chairs and fire pit table with dancing flame. 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, large roomy closets with built-in chest of drawers accentuate the rooms of this gracious living Sonoran Desert guest suite. Guest access Everything is accessible to our guests within the areas indicated as "shared". The laundry room*, the garage and the large wrap-around outdoor patio are shared spaces and the most likely places we will be able to say "Hi!" to each other! :-). Otherwise, the Guest Suite Wing is closed off and totally private, inside. (*We usually do our laundry on the weekends, Sunday most likely day). Other things to note We ask that any outside guest staying overnight is cleared with us prior to their arrival. The queen Murphy is intended to be used for children or occasional family member. A request for a AZ Board of Real Estate Rental contract will be added for those initial-contract couples/individuals who are staying with us consecutively for more than 4 weeks.
