Welcome to our Lake House. We have a completely remodeled home on the Hiwasse river. The property is fully fenced and gated for privacy. There is a boat dock available directly on the water with water and electricity. We keep a boat here and occasionally access it for family use off site. We will inform you if we will be using it. The water level is controlled by TVA and varies seasonally, the summer level is 682, water is normally low from late fall to late spring. Ck Tva.gov for levels. The space We have an extremely comfortable and user friendly house. It's great for the river life! The front of the house faces the enticing river, 2 main entrances upstairs and down with great French doors to open wide. 2 bedrooms upstairs with very comfortable queen beds. Kitchen, great room and full bath also upstairs and a magnificent view of the river. Downstairs is the most cozy den ever! leather sofa, game table, etc. The master suite is also in the downstairs living area with and en suite master bath. You can close the doors to the bedroom and be in complete silence and darkness for phenominal sleeping in the comfy king size bed or just lay back and watch television on another flat screen tv. Our house is simply just a comfy and cozy house with luxury added in. Enjoy!
