Small Bonus Room in Sunset Corridor home

New Day Bed (full-sized) added June 2020. Access to the house common-areas downstairs. THINGS TO KNOW: - this room is small. - because it's small, a 2nd guest is EXTRA ($10) - Comfortable, new bed. - Smart TV w/ Chromecast and app - Fiber, Gig wi-fi internet - good for remote work - room gets warm in the summer. Window AC installed. - steep, narrow stairs. - PRIVATE - above the garage, away from main living area (me!) - I have a larger, more comfortable room listed - check my profile The space This room is small and comfortable. It's also somewhat removed from the main house (above the garage). Stairs are narrow and slightly steep. Very comfortable memory-foam bed. Warm during hot summer months, but window AC unit helps moderate that heat. Smart TV w/ no cable but full internet experience (Hulu & Amazon w/ my sign-ons, Netflix w/ your sign-on, Google Chromecast for laptop-to-TV casting). Guest access Weekday check-in is typically after 5pm, to accommodate my work schedule. (Please let me know if you need access earlier - I'll try to make arrangements) Guests have access to main living areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc) During your stay I typically keep busy with work and my social life, but am around and available to answer questions/offer tips/etc. Easy going, friendly, and welcoming to you while you're in my home. Other things to note I offer this room at a discounted rate when you book my main guest room first, and add this one on for extra people in your traveling party. Contact me for more info.
