Please understand that we are only trying to do our part to make sure everyone is protected. We care about our community AND you! DISINFECTING INFO: *We have always taken pride in our cleanliness. We use the best disinfectants and antibacterial products for the health of our guests. We have acquired Nova Disinfectant to add to our products. This is used in hospitals, dentist offices, nursing homes and many other institutions that require effective cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection of areas where housekeeping is of prime importance in controlling the hazard of cross contamination on treated surfaces. Every cabin is being carefully cleaned, with special attention being paid to areas that are frequently touched, such as, door knobs, light switches, remotes, tables, counter tops, appliance door handles and controls, faucets, handrails, toilet handles, lock boxes, game rooms, etc. Basically....everything gets disinfected. *HOT TUBS....are always always always drained, wiped down inside with disinfectant, the filter is cleaned and sanitized, refilled with water and treated with the proper chemicals. *All bedding will be washed in hot water with the appropriate detergents to insure they are sanitized. *Our cleaning staff has been trained and is aware of the importance of their duties. They are also aware that their health is important as well. Each cleaner has been instructed to stay home should they feel sick. Their temperature will be checked daily and should it be over 100F, they will be sent home and instructed to seek medical attention. *New NO CONTACT CHECK IN!!! While we love having our guests check in at the office, we are heeding the recommendation of the Governor of Georgia and the CDC and implementing a new no contact check in. This limits contact with others even more! You will go straight to your cabin, self check in, and never have to make contact with anyone else. We will send check in instructions when you make your reservation. Please understand that things aren`t exactly as they have always been here. We have been in a Shelter in Place situation for about 5 weeks. Businesses are just beginning to open back up under strict restrictions, following social distancing practices. We recommend that if you plan to visit us, you bring any supplies and food that you need if possible. This will prevent what could be frustrating shopping trips. Most grocery stores are well stocked, but due to social distancing, there may be short wait times to enter. Please plan to relax at the cabin and enjoy the view and fresh air. Trust me, it`s gorgeous here right now.
