Just a three-minute walk to the slopes and right across the street from Donnie’s Restaurant, it offers an unbeatable location. On the first floor, you’ll find a single-car garage to keep all your gear secure, a full bathroom with laundry, and two bedrooms—one with a queen bed, and the second with a queen-over-queen bunk and futon. Step outside to your private hot tub, tucked among the trees for ultimate privacy. The main floor features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals for eight, while the deck offers stunning views of Granite Mountain and a gas BBQ for outdoor dining. The living room is cozy with a gas fireplace and a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space. A convenient pocket bathroom completes the main floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a brand-new king bed, fresh linens, and a futon, along with a full ensuite bathroom with shower. This townhome combines comfort, convenience, and mountain views—making it an ideal base for your Red Mountain adventures. Sorry, no pets. MINIMUM STAY POLICY 4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. BED CONFIGURATION Bedroom #1: Queen Bedroom #2: Queen Bunks + Futon Loft Bedroom #3: King + Futon IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions. Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection. Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property. FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (40% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid. Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out. Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided. *Bookings 27 nights and longer are tax exempt.
