Perfect location for visiting Zion National Park in a small town away from the crowds and high prices. The space Layout - The home has an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room connected so you can snack in the kitchen, eat at the dining table/kitchen bar, or sit on the couch watching TV and all be in the same space. Perfect for family enjoying each others company on vacation. There's also 3 large windows so you can enjoy the beautiful mountain views from inside the home as well. Washer and Dryer - Next to the master bedroom is the laundry room. Some laundry detergent and dryer sheets are also provided free for your convenience. Barbecue Grill - On the back patio is a natural gas grill which is for your use. Grill utensils are in the kitchen in one of the drawers. If you use the grill, please leave it clean. Fire Pit - There is a natural gas fire pit in the backyard under the awning. Enjoy the comfortable patio furniture (seating for 8) around the fire. Enjoy the scenic mountain views, and beautiful view of the sunset. Backyard Patio - We have seating for 8 around the fire pit, seating for 4 around a patio table to enjoy breakfast, and two bench swings. For your entertainment - There is a 65” TV in the living room and a 49” TV in the King bedroom. Each has a Blu-ray/DVD player. We have also provided access to YoutubeTV. Playground - The neighborhood playground is just next door, perfect for little ones to get their wiggles out. There's also a Basketball hoop at the park as well. Driving Distance - Our home is about 25 mins from Zion (Scenic Drive), 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon, and 2.5 hrs from the Grand Canyon. Our home is a great home base for visiting all three. Guest access The entire home and property is yours to enjoy. This home is a full time Vacation rental so besides the two closets locked for supplies, the rest of the home is for your use and enjoy. Other things to note There are lots of fun things to do in southern Utah! Hiking, biking, ATV riding, water skiing, and national parks...to name a few. You have Zion National Park (21 miles), St. George (22), Sand Hollow Reservoir (11), Quail Creek Reservoir (12), Tuacahn (30), Cedar Breaks National Monument (58), Grand Canyon National Park (119), Bryce Canyon National Park (127) and Brian Head Ski Resort (68) all available and close by for your enjoyment!
